   Dear Sir, Iam a fan for your writings..Recently I have read Thhedhum Nandrum for the second time.Now iam reading Nanjil nadan Kadhaigal(2004 published).Your writings in 1975 onwards show a vivid picture of the cultural,social and,political situation in those days in Kanyakumari district. The vattara ezhththukkal used in the stories take us to those days and the situation prevailing in that part of the country Even though iam from a agricultural background certain words used in stories could not be comprehended by me.Today i have heard your views about our outer security by means Agni 1 etc our inner security like providing clean Toilets is lacking(Ananda Vikatan Phone speech) iam enchanted by your views and hope it will get the attention of all the readers.

   தான் பேசுகின்ற ஒவ்வொரு வார்த்தையிலும் சமூகத்தின் மீதான அக்கறையை வெளிப்படுத்தினார் . மரங்கள் குறித்தும் , தமிழ் மொழியின் தொன்மை மற்றும் தனித்தன்மை குறித்தும் ,வெட்டி விளம்பரங்களுக்காக பேப்பரை பயன்படுத்துவதால் மரங்கள் அழிவது குறித்தும் , திருமண பரிசாக புத்தகங்களை கொடுக்கலாம் என்றும் , வெளிப் பகைக்கு அக்னி ,உள் பகைக்கு என்ன செய்யபோகிறோம் என்றும் பேசினார் . அவரது பணி தொடரட்டும் .
